Pine Ridge Golf Club accepts reservations for golf tournaments subject to the following guidelines:
- All Shot Gun Starts will tee off at 12:00 sharp.
- Tournaments may be held on Mondays and Wednesdays with a maximum of 40 players on Monday unless previous arrangements have been made with the Club.
- The Tournament Organizer must sign all tournament requests. A deposit of $750.00 shall accompany all tournament reservation requests. Acceptance of deposit will be confirmation of the reservation.
- Occasional Liquor Permits are not accepted. All groups shall use Pine Ridge Golf Club bars. Manitoba Liquor Control Commission regulations stipulate that all alcoholic beverages consumed at Pine Ridge must be purchased from Pine Ridge. All bars close at 11:00 p.m.
- Pine Ridge must provide all food and beverages served at Pine Ridge Golf Club. As well, no food may be taken off the premises after a function. Pine Ridge operates its own concessions in the clubhouse, on the course and elsewhere when required.
- Groups using Pine Ridge shall be responsible for any loss or damage to Club property. This charge will be billed to the Tournament Organizer. Loud or drunken behavior may result in the immediate cancellation of the function.
- Pine Ridge banquet facilities are designated as non-smoking.
- Groups at Pine Ridge may use the Members Lounge and locker rooms on a casual basis. However, all bar and food service shall be restricted to designated private areas.

Pine Ridge will assist the Tournament Organizer with placement of signage, hole signs, coolers, etc. on the golf course. All signage will be removed from the golf course after the tournament and returned to the Golf Shop for pick up by the tournament organizer after your banquet. We cannot store signs etc., in the Golf Shop due to space limitations. Pine Ridge cannot be held responsible for any materials left behind after the tournament ends.
