Frequently Asked Questions 1. No, you do not. Banquet facilities are open to the public.
2. Can I bring either my own food, or food prepared by an outside caterer? All catering for receptions at Pine Ridge are prepared by our own kitchen, unless previously authorized by either the Food and Beverage Manager or the Catering Manager. 3. Does the Club provide decorations for the room? The Club provides all necessary table linens and skirting. Skirting and tablecloths are white, with your choice of one of thirty napkin colors. For a small fee we can decorate your head table, cake table, guest sign in table and dance floor with tulle, mini lights and ivy. All other decorations such as table centers, lighting and candles are the responsibility of the function. 4. What is size and capacity of the room? The banquet facility is approximately 3100 square feet and has a 400 square foot dance floor situated in the middle of the room. For events requiring a dance floor, the room can comfortably accommodate 210 guests. Without a dance floor capacity of the room is 260. 5. Does the Club provide music services? Pine Ridge Golf Club has teamed up with Platinum Sound and Light, one of Winnipeg's premier music service providers. Platinum Sound has a quality in house system complete with lights. While we highly recommend them, you are free to choose the music service of your choice. 6. Can I have my Wedding Ceremony at the Club? Yes you may. At a nominal cost to cover the set up and tear down, you can choose to have your ceremony among the trees in our beautiful ceremony site. 7. How do I pay for my reception at Pine Ridge Golf Club? A $750.00 deposit is required to secure the room for your given date. Balance of your function is due 24 hours in advance of your reception. Payment can be made by cash or certified cheque only.
