BAR SERVICE

You may choose one of the following:

Host Bar – The host is billed for all beverages consumed by guests
Cash Bar – Each guest purchases their own liquor
Occasional Permit Bar – Liquor is supplied by the function


Occasional Permit Bar, Music Services and Site Fees
You may provide your own beverages under a Manitoba Liquor Control Commission occasional permit. With an occasional permit, the following fees will apply for bartenders and corkage. 
 

Corkage includes all mixes, juices, glassware, fruit garnishes and condiments. Corkage fee is subject to GST and PST.

Only Club employees may bartend. One bartender per 100 guests. 

Platinum Sound Music Services 6:00 pm – 1:00 am
 Pine Ridge has on-site outdoor ceremony areas for weddings. 


 Pine Ridge offers decorating of the head table, cake table, presentation table and dance floor  for a small fee.
